How many time have you promised yourself to finish what you started? and how many times did you follow through your promise?

I urge you not to push aside learning this technique, it is crucial for you and your future! Unless you already mastering your life and own the life you dream for!

Mapping is a crucial step in reprogramming the mind!

Do this exercise this week and you will have a guaranteed breakthrough! (I took this exercise from my upcoming book, I'll let you know when its available for purchase)

To do this exercise you’ll need:
- A 4 ft. x 4 ft. cart board (its best to choose your favorite color)
- Glue
- Colors, markers, pencils
- Ruler
- Magazines & newspapers
- Scissors
- Pictures of those you love
- Pictures describing your goals like your ideal home or car etc.
- Quotes you love and that inspire you

Start by going through magazines newspapers, internet websites and collect pictures that describe your dreams and goals: an ideal car, a house, a vacation spot, places you wish to travel, people you love, your role modes, your favorite person etc.

Use the Scissors and cut out the pictures you chose, then glue the pictures on the cart board and write motivating words and quotes that makes you feel great! You can use motivation quotes from www.quotationspage.com

Make this board beautiful, invest some time and positive energy into it, make it fun and productive! Think about what you want your future to look like and create a board describing it!

What you don't know that you don't know is hurting you!!!

What you don't know that you don't know is hurting you!!!

We are all victims, unless we take control over our minds, we are under its control! completely.

An empty mind is a magnet for destructive thoughts!
As long as we leave room for the mind to run by itself without observation, we are falling victims to the destructive thoughts of others, the media, our friends, family and anything in our environment, positive or negative.

What do you think happens in your head most of the day?
Did you try watching yourself thinking for a few minutes?
It is hard, isn't it? and when you do this, you quickly realize how many negative thoughts are running your life...

I was on a plane the other day meditating, while it occur to me that though every single person on the plane is sitting quietly, they all experience the endless chatter of the mind without even knowing...Think about it, each individual on his own going through the same process without even knowing...its amazing! Our minds keeps on going NONSTOP, a continued process of chattering...so much noise...

A quick research I conducted about how many thought each person has on a daily basis showed 50,000 - 60,000 thoughts. Wow that is amazing...Most of the time we are unaware of of it, the chatter, thinking completely unconsciously, allowing ourselves to be out of control.

What are the consequences of not being aware?
Most people in the world are under achievers, most people are not satisfied with their results, most people don't live their life by design and therefore are mostly unhappy, frustrated and depressed.
Think about it for a second, how many people do you know that are over achievers? How many do you know that are completely satisfied with where they are heading? Be honest...not many!

Why is that? why are so many people surviving their life instead of living it? Why so many fail to achieve their dreams? why so many complain all the time?

As long as your mind is in control, your chances for success, your chances for living your life by design are extremely limited.

So what can you do to start turning this endless chatter into a positive growing experience?
Start catching yourself thinking and you'll quickly notice how many of the thoughts you are thinking aren't serving you, how many thoughts are negatively influencing you?

Most of us were trained to be skeptic, trained to think about "what can go wrong" instead of thinking" what can go right"...
Now its time to turn it around, start taking control and LIVE YOUR LIFE BY DESIGN.

Just like we schedule our life, work, play time etc, now we must also schedule time everyday to think positive. We must plan ahead the repetition of positive affirmations and thought in our mind.

Lets start today!
Lets start paying attention to our mind!
Don't be lazy, your life depends on it, your children life's depend on it! the world depend on it!

Exercise:
Write down a list of the 10 things you would like the most to do, have & be.
Be aware! your mind might start challenging you while you write your list and throw skeptic thoughts at you. Pay close attention to this process, that is a key component to your success!!!

Then for the next 30 days, take time every morning when you first get up (before you brush your teeth, check your email or voice mail etc) and read the 10 things out laud. Then close your eyes and imagine owning the list. Take your first 15 minutes of each day and start programing your mind to think positive.

Go to work on yourself...

Where will you be 3 years from now?

A few questions to ask before you decide to quit something:

  1. How many opportunities were laid in front of you so far in life?
  2. How many of these opportunities did you grab?
  3. How long did you pursue them before you quit?
  4. What is the average time you pursue an opportunity before you stop?
  5. What is your dream to become and are you on your way?
  6. What kind of life would you like to have?
  7. If you continue doing what you're doing today, where will you be in 3 years?
  8. Is that where you dream to be?
  9. If not, what are you going to do about it?

If you keep doing what you are doing today without changing anything,
Where will you be 3 years from now?

The answer is: You'll be exactly where you are today or worse!
